The Vahdat Mentally Disabled Charity Center (Girls), with registration number 3991 and under the supervision of the National Welfare Organization, has been serving mentally retarded girls over the age of fourteen, providing round-the-clock and vocational training since 1970. It began its activities with the management of a board of directors and without an independent and continuous budget (with public donations from donors and volunteers). To date, it provides specialized services to 186 mentally and physically disabled girls, these earthly angels, in two buildings, 24/7.
